Together, we define the scope, responsibilities, and working arrangements for the engagement.

We work with existing structures or establish those needed for the engagement. This setup is explicitly agreed on; a full implementation project is not a prerequisite.

We define the included services together in the proposal. A full implementation project is not a prerequisite for PMO services. Personnel management and technical IT operations are not automatically included.
