Training teaches you how to use WORKSPACE.PM. Functional implementation support helps you reflect your agreed working practices in the software.
If you also want to develop project management processes, build a PMO, or delegate project leadership and control, we offer these as separate services. A PMO — short for Project Management Office — supports project work through shared standards, consolidated information, and an overview of multiple initiatives.
Our project management and PMO services can be commissioned independently of WORKSPACE.PM. Likewise, you do not need a PMO project to book software training.

AMNAU GmbH
AMNAU develops and licenses WORKSPACE.PM and is the contact for technical deployment, integration, and vendor support. Hosting and operations depend on the selected deployment model. Customers may also request purely technical software training directly from AMNAU.
We tailor our collaboration to your needs. Each proposal clearly sets out which company provides which service.

- Can we use WORKSPACE.PM without traditional project management?
- Yes. Tasks, team collaboration, meetings, and knowledge organization can be a starting point independently of a formal project management structure. You do not need your own PMO.
- Can we book training if we already use the software?
- Yes. Existing users can also book foundation training, deep-dive training, hands-on workshops, and application support sessions.
- Is training automatically included in the license?
- Your proposal specifies which services are included. Additional training and consulting are agreed on with a clearly defined scope.
- How can we get an overview or trial access?
- Send your inquiry directly to us. We discuss your needs and coordinate next steps with AMNAU when appropriate. The vendor provides the technical setup for trial access.
